Clwyd Mountaineering Club

Thank you for visiting the homepage of Clwyd Mountaineering Club. We are a friendly club based in North Wales, and are affiliated to the BMC.

Please feel free to browse the site to get an idea of the activities we get involved in. Non members are welcome to attend up to 3 of the local climbing / walking meets prior to joining so that they can assess whether the club meets their needs. Other official club meets, trips and events are open to members only unless by invitation. Details of membership and how to join can be found under the enquiries section.

As regular visitors will notice there are a number of changes to the site, including our new logo from Ron Humphries. Joss will be able to add details of the Clwyd rock meets in the climbing section, and Chris will be keeping the walks section up to date. The next event for both of these will be shown on the homepage. There are also details of some new meets including a the annual club BBQ as well as a trip to Antalya, Turkey in the events section.

Next Club Walk

The next club walk is on 07/09/08 and will be September 7th. Direct Approach to Seniors Ridge. (G2*) and Seniors Ridge (G1 *) 7 miles.
